Material Options

Additionally, we provide the option of installing sturdy concrete posts to support your fence, ensuring it remains strong and stable for years to come, even in the harshest weather conditions.

Closed board fencing

We specialise in closed board fencing, which arrives on site in several different pieces and gets put together there and then. This is a stronger type of fencing that can have various extras added on easily while it’s being put together, such as trellis or capping.

This fencing can be cut down and fitted easily when a full bay does not fit in a particular space or position. You can also have concrete posts and gravel board if you would prefer to give your fencing a longer life; however, wooden posts and gravel boards are the most used and can be made stronger or repaired with concrete spurs, which we also install when needed, such as when a post snaps at ground level when there are high winds.

Hit and miss fencing

Hit and miss fencing is a decorative fencing style that uses vertical boards with small gaps in between to create a pattern. The boards are attached to either side of the fence rails, with one board placed on the front (“hit”) and then a gap, followed by another board on the back (“miss”). The result is a fence that offers both privacy and airflow.

The unique pattern can add charm and character to a garden. It allows people to enjoy their garden views while still maintaining some privacy. It’s a strong alternative to closed boarded fencing panels. The gaps between the boards can help the fence withstand heavy gusts of wind, making it ideal for areas that are susceptible to harsh weather conditions. It can be ideal for locations where strength and security are important.

Ready-made fencing

Every property has unique needs and budgets. For those looking for a more cost-effective fencing solution, we offer ready-made lapped and close board fencing. We can install ready-made lapped fencing or ready-made closed-board fencing, which can be put up in different heights and is easy to replace in the future. However, it is not as strong or as easy to cut down for tight spots as closed-board fencing that gets erected and put together on site, but for the sake of installation, this fencing can save some money on labour time if the installation is straight forward.

Deer wire fencing

Our deer or wire fencing is made from galvanised high-tensile steel wire. It is frequently used to protect crops and farmland or contain areas in which deer inhabit, or to keep large dogs from leaving your garden or land.

When considering deer or wire fencing, it’s important to think about what you would like from your fencing. It is generally cheaper and easier to install than wooden fencing but does not provide as much privacy and security. We can not praise and recommend Troy and his colleagues enough.
Troy came  round to have a look at the work we required, we received a quotation after a few days and were fortunate to have the work completed the following week. The chaps worked hard and quickly all day. Within three days are old hedge was out, roots removed and new fencing in! Fantastic job, and we are thrilled with the fence. Excellent work, really impressed with Troy’s communication and he did a fantastic job at a very fair price. Troy sent us before and after pictures as we do not live in the area where the tree work needed to be carried out and this gave us reassurance. I used Troy’s company  for a stump grinding and some limb removal of another tree. All work was carried out efficiently and tidily and  I was very pleased with the results.  Troy was very punctual on the day the work was done and the day he attended to give me a quote ( something that rarely happens these days and was greatly appreciated.)
